Absolutely phenomenal service! I needed a deep clean for pet odor in one room and a general clean of the rest of the carpets. Matt was so accommodating to my schedule with very short notice. His team came and they were so kind and worked so hard to rake out a TON of plastic bb pellets that were deep in the carpets. They protected my cabinets and walls with shields for their hose and power cable, Phil and his handy helper were so professional and did an amazing job. Cascade was recommended by a friend and they lived up to their hype. Thanks again guys!
